THIS PAGE WILL SHOW YOU MY EXPERIENCE, ALL EMAILS, TEXT MESSAGES AND DOCUMENTS REGARDING THE FRAUDULENT BUSINESS DEALINGS WITH DAMON A JOHNSON SR, OWNER OF FINS & FEATHERS RESTAURANT HOSPITALITY GROUP INC.
In Emails 1 - 6 you will see my conversation with Damon and Jim . You will see that throughout these emails and conversations that at no time did Damond ever tell us that they were not able to sublease or even sell the business without consent and approval from the landlord. . The business Fin and Feathers was up for sale last year 2023. when we inquired to the broker, he put us in contact with Damond Johnson. From the emails you can see the correspondence in how we went forward with purchasing the business, What was told to us was that we should purchase the business due to an easier transition of paperwork, licensing etc.. The fact that Jim and Damond told up to purchase the business already shows you the fraudulent intent of doing business. Damon ( owner of Fin and Feathers Restaurants ) knew that the lease he signed for that location took away that power to do so. You will also see an email from the landlord months later telling us that Damond could not sell the business or sublease without their approval. At no time was this told to us again.
More coming soon.
In attachment BPA3 - that is part of the Business Purchasing Agreement where you can clearly see the terms of the agreement. This page specifically shows just by him signing this contact he is breach of the contract. He knowingly and fraudulently signed this contact just to get money. In the next attachment, you will see the email from the landlord and his lawyers telling me that Damond is in violation of his lease because they had no consent or permission to sell or sublease the business. In the contract, you can see where Damon agrees that he does not need any permission, consent or approval from anyone.
Everything in RED is outlining his breaches of this contract as well as highlighting that just by these specific breaches, he knew he could not enter in this contract. The fact that he did showed his intent to defraud me.
